Real Chatter is a conduit of direct and immediate communication between Sellers & Buyers, Landlord & Tenants using Instant Messaging and SMS.
Property can be listed on real chatter for free, once the property is listed potential buyers/tenants can “Follow” the property by downloading the Real Chatter App and entering the address of the subject Property. The User can either “Ask a Question” or “Follow” the property. Once the property is being followed a direct conduit to the Seller/Landlord is opened for instant communication and remains open until the property is Sold/Leased or “Unfollowed.
Real Chatter will categorize and co-ordinate all of the sellers properties and the followers of each
property for easy access and response.
